Delivery Information

We deliver across Cape Town. Please read the information below before placing your order so you know what to expect.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within Cape Town only. We are unable to deliver to addresses outside Cape Town.

Delivery fees

We deliver within Cape Town only. Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout, before you pay, at R8 per km by road from our premises in Lentegeur. The minimum delivery fee is R30. Orders over R1,000 get half-price delivery, but the fee will never be less than R30. You're also welcome to collect your order from our premises in Lentegeur for free.

Delivery days and times

Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 19:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 15:00
No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

If we cannot deliver

If nobody is available to receive your order, you can choose to:

have it redelivered the next day (an extra delivery fee may apply), or
cancel the order and receive a refund, less the delivery fee.

Frozen goods

Please put frozen items back in the freezer as soon as you receive them. If any items arrive thawed, damaged or incorrect, let us know within 24 hours and send photos so we can sort it out.

Payment

You pay for your products and delivery fee online through Yoco when you place your order. Online card payment through Yoco is the only payment option for delivery orders; we do not accept cash on delivery. Cash is accepted only when you choose Pickup and collect your order from us in Lentegeur. Orders for collection have no delivery fee.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your order instead. Collection is by arrangement once we have confirmed your order is ready. Please bring your order number and ID.
